Welcome to Royal Bikes. We are committed to delivering your orders across India in the safest and most efficient manner possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer competitive rates for PAN India delivery:

Delivery Zone - Estimated Delivery Time
Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, etc.) - 3–5 Business Days
Rest of India - 5–8 Business Days
Special/Remote Regions - 7–12 Business Days

Note: For heavy-duty items (like full bike chassis or engines), delivery times may vary based on freight carrier schedules.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Delivery Partners

We partner with India’s leading logistics providers (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, and Ecom Express) to ensure your "Royal" gear reaches you safely. For bulky items, we use specialized surface transport.
